Youth Development Program
Cornell Cooperative Extension Ulster County’s 4-H Youth Development Program is always searching for caring adults and families that want to make a difference in the lives of youth ages 5-19. 4-H Youth Development Program is an excellent venue to offer hands-on learning and projects in a Club or special interest setting. All volunteers must complete an application, back ground check and training. Sewing Club
Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ulster County’s 4-H Youth Development Program is currently seeking adult volunteers with previous sewing experience for leading one-on-one instructions with youth members for the remaining eight weeks of the program. Use your talents and make a difference!
The club meets on Tuesdays, from 3:30pm to 5:30pm, at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ulster County’s Education Resource Center located at 10 Westbrook Lane in Kingston.

Gardening Club
Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ulster County’s 4-H Youth Development Program needs caring adults to volunteer for their new after school 4-H Youth Garden Club called “We Dig Plantsâ€. Club members and volunteers will help to plan the garden on the school grounds of George Washington Elementary School in Kingston and participate in hands-on garden learning activities throughout the year. Volunteer leaders do not need to be gardening experts, as 4-H provides curriculum and support. A passion for working with youth is required!

Volunteers Needed to Prepare Bulk Mailings. Cornell Cooperative Extension Ulster County is seeking volunteers to fold and seal their association newsletter four times a year at their Extension Education Center located at 10 Westbrook Lane, Kingston.
