YWCA’s Children’s Center at Family Court, we are looking for individuals to be with the children while their parents are in custody/ court battles so they do not have to listen to them. The center is only open part time these days due to funding, so we would like to get volunteers so that the center can be open more hours. These volunteers would have to be cleared by NY state.
Ulster & Sullivan Family Court Drop-in child care centers in Kingston and Monticello for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 12 years of age. The centers provide a safe, supervised, supportive environment while parents or guardians are engaged in court business.
