June and July are once again set to be rather busy months at WFAS with on and off site events on the horizon.

For the Veg Curious event, the Rooftop Solstice Party, the Clearwater Festival, and July Jamboree, WFAS is looking for volunteers to join us in making all these events successful. We are so grateful to all volunteers who have contributed either at past events or regularly at the sanctuary. We truly value your involvement and the commitment you bring!

If you are available on any of the dates and times below and would like to sign up, please let us know the following:

*Specific date(s) you would like to volunteer
*Your availability: In terms of logistics and needs, we must give preference to volunteers who can help out for the event hours or the setup up hours listed below for each event.
*Your phone number

Depending on the event, there are a variety of things to do, from setup/cleanup and serving food to selling merch, welcoming guests, monitoring parking and caring for the animals. And, as always, volunteers attend for free!

July Jamboree
Since July Jamboree is set for one day and we have an alternative rain date this year, we must give first preference to volunteers that are available multiple days or either event day.

Setup: Fri, July 6 from 10am – 6pm
Event day: Sat, July 7 from 9am – 6pm
(Volunteer opportunities include help with set up, food prep, parking, entrance, serving food, bar, merchandise, kids activities, animal care, pasture supervision/ tours and clean up.)

Rain Date Alternative: Sunday, July 8 from 9am – 6pm
(Same as above.)

Cleanup: July 8 from 10-2: Rain Date Alternative: July 9 from 10am-2pm
