Phillies Bridge Farm Project
45 Phillies Bridge Road, New Paltz, NY 12561
The dinner takes place in the fields of Phillies Bridge Farm Project, with a view of the Gunks in the distance. On our historic farm, we invites folks from up and down the Hudson Valley and beyond to share a meal created with local ingredients and prepared by New Paltz and Gardiner’s best chefs. The meal is a great way to get to connect farms, chefs and eaters and also to find what is possible with produce grown in our region. The proceeds of this event will go towards the mission of Phillies Bridge Farm Project: education, farming and food for all.
We will need 10-12 volunteers to help with the dinner service, to assist the chefs with arranging food on plates and platters, bringing food out to the tables and cleaning up for the evening. We will also need a couple (2-3) of volunteers to assist the bartender, stocking beverages and glasses.
Adults and and mature mature youth (15 and older, please) are preferred for this volunteers opportunity.
If you can help, please contact Jesica Clark, jesicaclark21@gmail.com (845) 380-9183

Meal in the Field Dinner
On Saturday, July 28th, 125 guests will sit down to a family style meal prepared by six phenomenal local chefs. This year, we are featuring food prepared by: Harvest Real Food Catering, Root Cellar at the Queens Galley, Café Mio, Bridge Creek Catering, The Village Tearoom Restaurant and Bake Shop, and Lagusta’s Luscious. Our ingredients will be supplied by over 20 local farms and food establishments.
The dishes will highlight what is fresh and happening right at that moment. Our Scene will be Phillies Bridge Farm Project, a working farm that connects people to their food and the land by running education programs, growing food for the community, and sharing part of the harvest with people in need.
All proceeds will go to support Phillies Bridge Farm Project’s educational and food insecurity programs. Share with us the food of our region and enjoy an evening at the farm.
