Town Picnic
Saturday, August 18th, 2012
9:30 AM – 12:30 PM set up at the park (balloons, tables, chairs, signs)
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM help set up and run the WHAiV Food Stand
2:30 PM – 6:00 PM continue to run the WHAiV Food Stand
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM sign in, supervision, maintenance of buffet tables
3:00 PM – 6:00 PM maintenance of the picnic, supervision and take down of the picnic site tables, chairs and clean up
